What You’ll Do:
  • Change lives by supporting RBTs working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in clinic, home, and school settings.
  • Develop individualized behavior plans using a wide variety of provided curriculums, assessments, and protocols.
  • Utilize Central Reach software for streamlined electronic data collection
  • Work directly with families to empower them with tools for long-term success.
  • Engage in mentorship opportunities to grow as a clinician and leader.
  • Contribute to an environment that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Who You Are:
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or scheduled to sit for the exam within six months.
  • A leader who thrives in a team-focused, mentorship-driven environment.
  • A passionate problem-solver with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experienced in implementing trauma-informed care, DTT, FBAs, FAs, Behavior Support Plans, and Communication Device Software.
  • Dedicated to helping clients and families reach their full potential.
